Sales company that tries to come off as a high-end marketing agency

Pros

Gives beginning designers, developers, video editors and others a chance to gain basic experience fresh out of school, but you may have to work for free.

Cons

Owners are greedy and dishonest people. Salespeople have very little knowledge of the products they sell and set impossible deadlines. The product you end up having to push out is usually very low quality, yet the clients still pay top dollar for mediocre work. Very shady things go on, like the owners asking you to cash checks for them under your personal bank account and give them the cash, then try to claim that money as your income. Also don't expect to be paid for your overtime, even as an hourly employee. Extremely unorganized and stressful work environment.

I'm sorry you felt your experience as OMG National was less than par. At OMG National we take overtime very seriously, all hourly employees are required to clock-in and clock-out. All overtime accrued is paid. We have multiple policies and procedures in place that do not allow the types of things you're referencing to happen. Management should have been notified about these occurrences if you were aware of them. We pride ourselves on our ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and juggling multiple tasks. This type of job is not for everyone and some may feel the challenge is not a good fit. We wish you the best in your future plans along with great success.

Upper Mgt Was Concerned About Immediate Greed, Not Growing Company, They Were Snobs, Ignoring Those Who Didn't Add Mone

Orginal Owner, Father, Was Always Commending Employees On Thier Work, Then Son Took Over 2007 And Greed Was Only Concern, Not Ability Or Skill.

Cons

Little Recognition For Job Well Done, Poor Pay Scale Compared To Industry Standards In The County, Little To No Training For New Hirers.
