Pros

From a sales perspective it's a great place to work if you can hack it. They give you all the tools you need i.e. great products, more leads than you can handle, and a positive working environment. Sales management is great and Charlie does a great job of keeping his staff energized but doesn't micro-manage. If you can sell, you will do very well here. If you can't you'll blow right out the door.

Cons

Facilities could be a bit better and modernized.

Pros

Some nice old timers that work on the floor that try to help you out when management does not.

Cons

The two owners are not always on the same page as to the product. One will say one thing, and the other one something different leaving you to determine for yourself your best direction. They "think" they train but in truth they have no idea what real training is. Then they wonder why no one is living up to exceptions. They run ad's for work every week as no one stays there long. Owners and staff curse and swear far to much as well.

Pros

The design/marketing people are a fun bunch, and that room is a cool place to work. There's always lots of work to be done.

Cons

They often hire new employees as "interns" on a probationary period, getting free labor out of them for as long as possible until they demand to be paid. Pay is VERY low, and there's an enormous amount of turnover. Sales staff are some of the sketchiest people you will ever meet, and most complaints you will find online are 100% warranted. At least one of them is borderline sociopathic in the lies he will tell you (for example, he claims to have developed the cover design for National Geographic, which is older than him), and they treat him better than anyone else.
