Pros

Decent starting pay, free coffee

Cons

Not a great work environment at all. Most of the salesmen are rude, aggressive people with little social skills outside of selling on the phone. Though they won't describe them as such, the sales positions are nothing more than your average cold calling/telemarketing jobs. They seem to hire/fire people at a rapid pace, providing zero training to new sales fronters outside of throwing different cheesy and outdated/robotic scripts at them, and give 'em the boot without warning if they haven't made a sale in the first week. The owners seem much more interested in boasting about how long they've been in business than actually taking time to provide new employees with proper training, or even providing a decent product to the clients they manage to swindle.

Pros

I was hired by Jesse as a sales rep early in 2013. They trained me on their latest program, reputation managment for businesses. They have a good CRM which they build internally, that is very impressive. Also, I am not a coffee drinker, so they offer free energy drinks to the younger folk :)

Cons

They have the upstairs of the bank building for the sales and marketing and the whole bottom of the building for their studios and web group, so it's a litttle tight in there, they need more room.
