Pros

I received my paychecks on time.

Cons

The worst job I ever had and still be an editor. Horrible physical environment, underpowered computer, worked with just a monitor and headphones in a freezing room. Management of department was ignorant of the editing process. Ownership was oblivious. All promises made in my hiring letter never came to fruition.

Pros

no set dress code, pretty relaxed environment for the most part

Cons

It's like they hang a carrot in front and you're the horse. They promise raises and advancement but hire outside for people who don't know anything about the position. Mike was cool and Jesse is calm but they count the employees who manage and keep the accounts happy as a number instead of a Valuable asset. The dept was small enough to pay a little more and give a little more credit where credit is due.

Pros

9-5 work schedule. Although you are looked at finny for leaving at 5.

Cons

Everything. Owners are clueless. Most of the positive reviews left here and other sites are by the two owners or they bribe current employees to leave good reviews. No one of value lasts. High turn over. Low pay. No advancement. It's a career killer if you are anyrhing but entry level. Even then, you will have no one to learn from so making near minimum wage isn't worth it. If you ask for more money you generally get fired. Just look at the life styles of the owners, then check the employees parking lot and see who drives what, you can get a clear picture where the money goes. Stealing IP and office drug use
