People come first

Pros

I really enjoy it. The owner is a straight shooter and spends time with the sales team giving us what we need to succeed. The compensate you based on what you bring in and there is a residual commission plan which adds up over time. The product and services are high quality and the customers definitely get an education in marketing from some of our team.

Cons

If you do not have a set of cajones, don't bother joining here for sales. You need to be able to shake up the prospect, hold his attention and close. For this you are compensated well, but for anything less, you won't make it.

Pros

There isn't anything positive. All the positive employee reviews were completed by the employees getting paid to make those false reviews.

Cons

The sales team just sit there and cold call all day. The production staff is under appreciated and over worked. They pay close to nothing (you could flip burgers for more money!) and they will never give you a decent raise! They charge their on-hold clients without any intention of producing the work. They ignore all negative client calls and have 18 or 19 year olds "handle them". Do I need to continue?

Thank you for your feedback. We don't pay anyone for reviews, but understand that based on your apparent negative experience, you may feel isolated in your opinion. Since we have the latest, most technically oriented marketing products, it is no surprise that our vetting process leaves us with a younger generation of entry-level personnel who have grown up embedded in this arena. We have spent many years focusing on building a software suite that will optimize the client's experience, and it is unfortunate you won't be a part of that and seeing how it revolutionizes our company. Regardless, godspeed in your professional pursuits.

Pros

Great environment on sales team. Charlie has very high expectations but he leads by example which is refreshing. I am actually enjoying coming to work here for the first time in many years.

Cons

Would like more opportunity for advancement
