Pros

Good company culture that puts people first. Lots of learning opportunities and they are genuinely interested in what areas you want to grow so long as you communicate it. It still has a small company feel, where talking/chatting with to the higher ups is quite accessible. Very diverse environment.

Cons

Not the most competitive salary for consultants.

Helpful people, positive growth based competition. Management will try to match interests with assigned work.

Cons

Good salary for supply chain but lower than average compared to big consulting companies. Work tends to be a lot as there is a lot of growth, compromising work like balance,but the management is understanding and will help wherever possible.
