      Due to nature of business you have long project implementations which can be tough for some

      International, growing company with great people !

      Pros

      This is a growing, international company with nice, smart people very aligned on the same mission. There is lots of training available and opportunity to grow in your role. All teams seem to be always striving to improve their processes, and management is easily accessible for feedback, etc.

      Cons

      No cons so far that I can think of.

      Growing company with lots of potential

      Pros

      Great people and leadership. Company is growing and provides lots of opportunities for individual growth. Tone at the top is fantastic and leadership wants to hear feedback from the team on opportunities to improve the OMP experience. Also seem to be open to ideas and change/process improvements, etc. Very encouraged.

      Cons

      Interview process was a bit lengthy but somewhat understandable as the organization is mostly flat.
