People minded, no false promises DEI is a given, not a point of action Ask for feedbackand appreciate suggestions Career crafting Good work-life balance support Good fit for proactive people

Cons

Growing company where they are not always able to catch up with their organisation and documentation, so they could be more structured. But at least they do try. Even coming from a non-IT industry I had to take a paycut, which is a bit strange.

lots of other benifits like trips/events bonus + small bonus during diwali leave cashout good yearly hike 2 months notice period

Cons

slight less pay than standards very specific product so little less possibility to use the experience in other company
