The company offers well-structured processes, strong cross-functional collaboration, and a supportive environment that fosters your development. I feel incredibly grateful to have worked alongside such talented individuals, I learned something new every day and was consistently inspired by the innovative and challenging projects we tackled together. If you're looking for a place where you're surrounded by intelligent, driven people who constantly strive for excellence, I would definitely recommend OMP. I'm deeply grateful for the experience and everything it taught me.
