      - Many senior level developers to learn from - Solid development workflow and coding/working practices - New C++ standards are adopted very quickly - Many sub-teams to join based on your interest - Can easily talk to any developer/architect in the company and expect thoughtful and valuable responses - Team managers always listen to everyone's feedback and handle them well - U.S team is still growing fast so there are a lot of opportunities

      Cons

      - Hard to remember all the various supply chain concepts even after initial training - Developments can sometimes get "stuck" waiting on feedback from functional product managers/sr. consultants
