OSI Group LLC reviews

You know, this is a company where management dominates your life. They will make your life terrible, just because they take enjoyment in it. I'm not talking about one particular department but the plant as a whole. If you have new ideas, innovations, etc. They do not want to hear it. you will work 12-15 hours a day, every day, 7 days a week. Coming into work knowing your going to get crap from your superiors. This company will make you hate your life, and honestly with the overtime the way it's set up it's almost worth it to be an hourly employee as opposed to salary. You're a pawn in a game of chess and will be treated as such. Do not work here, it's not worth it, the moments you miss with your family, you're life will go right by and management couldn't care less.

It is not a friendly environment at Corporate. A lot of stab in the back. Rewards are way below market (bonuses, 401k...). Absolutely no strategic direction for the company. No clear opportunities for people in mid management.
