      You Will Become A Slave....BEWARE!!

      Pros

      Good money, no later hours. Period.

      Cons

      The bartender position requires you to also: Be a manager (they are never around, and if they are they are so out of touch you would rather not call them over) You will be expected to scrub the floors, walls, seats and any equipment for there is no janitorial service. Take out the trash and bottles, restock the cooler, order liquor, beer, juice fruit and prepare ....because nothing will be there for you when you arrive for your shift.

      Beware of narcissistic ownership

      Pros

      OTG is probably the worst company I have worked for in my entire career. They really have no regards for their employees. Since I left I have had time to reflect on the true nature of the culture of this organization. The narcissistic leadership of the group shines true on a regular basis and no one is ever truly safe in there position with this company.

      Cons

      They pretend to have integrity trust me they don’t. Senior leadership never take any responsibility and is always looking to deflect blame anywhere but inwards and all employees regardless of position are fired for no reason on the whim of ownership. In the year or so I worked for them I saw a succession of managers get fired, over 16, for no real reason except that they were not “a good fit” anymore. A few were fired because of health department grades which had the managers had the tools needed they would have passed. like I said deflecting the blame from the root cause which is inept senior leadership. Which points out the classless organization that they really are, they pretend to care but they do not care about anyone except lining their own pockets at any expense to the folks who work for them. My advice is look for something else, but if you do choose to work for them just know you will not have stability so beware.

      Pros

      None really except there are a lot of pretty Asian women.

      Cons

      Dont work here unless your ready to work over time everyday and the one day you cannot you will be fired. Look out for people who claim to be Christians, that person will stab you in the back.
