10 hour shifts become 12 very easily. High turnover, stressful and anticipate both AM and PM schedule work week. Merits are minimal.

Out of the box opportunities, funny street smart coworkers.

Cons

Questionable leadership integrity; tough environment with Union on one side and HQ on the other. Staff should have better employer sponsored health insurance coverage. Unchecked harassment (esp. of female colleagues) and lack of accountability/retaliation when reported.

Pros

Meet lots of new ppl at the airport, and the company is huge so you make lots of friends with the co-workers. Discount on food and there’s always overtime and shifts to pick up because the airport runs 24/7. Also nice to be able to work at various different restaurants.

Cons

The management is horrible. They were racial, and had favourites so there wasn’t fair treatment. They were always missing when you needed them to assist with any issues. The was a few good managers but not a lot.
