Here are a few key benefits: Leadership Impact: You play a pivotal role in leading high-performing teams, driving guest satisfaction, and shaping the culture on the floor every day. Career Growth: With exposure to multiple brands and terminals, OTG offers tremendous opportunities for advancement and cross-functional development. Dynamic Environment: No two days are the same—you're constantly solving challenges, leading initiatives, and adapting in a fast-paced, exciting airport environment. Ownership & Autonomy: Ops Managers are empowered to make real-time decisions that directly affect sales, service, and operational success. Team Culture: You’ll be surrounded by passionate professionals working together to create a world-class guest experience.

Cons

While being an Operations Manager at OTG is rewarding, it's important to understand the challenges that come with the role: High Expectations & Accountability: The role demands strong leadership, consistent performance, and full accountability for team results, compliance, and guest satisfaction. Fast-Paced & Demanding Environment: Operating in an airport means long hours, unexpected disruptions, and the need to constantly adapt. Operational Pressure: Staffing gaps, labor management, and tight service windows can create pressure—especially during peak travel times. Limited Downtime: Work-life balance can be a challenge, especially during holidays and weekends when travel demand is highest. Cross-Functional Demands: Ops Managers must manage multiple brands and systems, often navigating between operations, HR, finance, and corporate expectations.

Pros

They are willing to give anyone an opportunity to work

Cons

During my time with the company, I found the work environment to be largely unprofessional. Employee concerns and complaints were often ignored unless they escalated into bigger problems, and even then, responses were delayed or dismissive. Sanitation standards were generally neglected and only prioritized right before inspections, when managers would rush to deep clean the entire store. This reactive approach reflects a lack of consistent leadership and concern for proper workplace standards.

No pros at all, period!

Cons

No work life balance, verbally abusive management, and doing the jobs of 6 people for the salary of one
