Flexible scheduling, different atmospheres and job roles to work in, opportunities always available for growth and great pay! Very upbeat and positive environment as well as the guests! Great company

Cons

Getting familiar working in an airport and not getting lost, it takes some time but that's all! Flight delays may also have you stay a bit later at work.

Pros

The company provides paid training that goes above and beyond any other position I have held. Growth opportunity is huge. Great starting salary. Opportunity to think on your feet and not get micromanaged. Benefit package is great. The upper management team at EWR is there for you to set you up for success. The company is allowing me to build my team the way I want it.

Cons

Having to go through TSA everyday is a challenge. I look at it as part of my commute but it's still tough.
