if you are good with manager you can survive and have a good working experience and will grow , because most of the manager and management don't know whats going on, you will see a lot of famous people, get 50% off on foods items i think thats about it
Cons
Too much work, cant pick shifts, all old ladies wanna work morning and take off in weekends, so You have evening shift by yourself , where as its a three people work, and morning shift complain about every thing, money is not good you will be make coffee,juice,smoothies and teas for all the restaurants but server wont share tips with with you, if serve is late too pick up the drinks and it goes cold or bad they blame you. too much cleaning to do for evening shift. i work without breaks for months because people wont show up to work and cant get breaks coz all three guys will be in station on one can leave. morning shift people dont refill stuff for you .
