Pros

OTG is defenetly not for everyone, it's for who wants to build a true carrier and develop new experiences. You have to be able to mold yourself to new adventures. Very good training team developed by a "Descovery" that goes through every airport and you can be one of them I think that is amazing.

Cons

Long hours and getting used to AM shifts it's not easy but duable

Get to meet a lot of people in the airport Can get hours if you want them

Cons

The management lacks leadership skills The structure of the day functions is unorganized Too much drama You do ever position but don't get paid for it Too much micro managing A new boss everyday
