      There are no pros for this company in my opinion.

      Cons

      Horrible company to work for. The environment is so toxic that you dread going in to work. There is no room for growth nor do they even give you the opportunity to showcase what you can do. This company does not know how to retain employees. The turnover rate is ridiculous.

      -Long hours -Always on call -It's your fault -Constant feeling of job insecurity -Complete and utter disconnect between executives and mid-management -Bad software -Unethical tendencies ...etc etc
