When rought times come around they will put the blame on the regular staff to look good for their bosses. The directors and HR are not neutral. If you ever raise your opinions and frustrations you are targeted and will penalize you directly or indirectly. Be prepared for made up write ups. Be prepared to get suspended or fired for no reason. Be prepared to perform intense and hard job duties you don't get paid for. Be prepared to vacuum the airport hold rooms even though it's the airport's duty . The directors don't care and will force managers to force you to vacuum for no extra pay. Be prepared to wash all dishes including those from the kitchen. Be prepared to get sick from all the debris and dirt that falls in the ice box. A lot of harassment . The UFCW local 206 union that represents you guys is garbage [ vote them out when you get a chance ] The benefits are a joke!!! HR is very malicious and don't care and wont look into your complaints. They will always side with the managers regardless if you're right or wrong.

The culture in this company is morbid. You will hate waking up to come to this place in the morning. OTG Management is truly for the masochists. HR is corrupt and useless. They don't give you the tools you need to do your job, yet set high expectations. Everyone is afraid of losing their jobs and the VPs seem to feed off that energy. There is no work life balance, everyone is miserable. The hourly crew and managers are worked like dogs until they quit or are fired. Stay away from this company. You'll be better off for it.
