RUN AWAY AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE

Pros

There are no Pros to working with OTG. Only reason for one star rating is survey forced to use one star

Cons

Where do I start? As a server you don't get any training. Decent orientation with lots of good information but then you are sent to the chaos. Half the time the managers don't know who is new and they have the blind training the blind. I don't blame the managers since they are stretched so thin and are rarely in one restaurant for any length of time. Restaurants are generally very dirty and nobody takes any ownership. In general the food is very good. No positive direction in the future. Recently lost one of our senior managers and nobody knows why. He was the one that actually cared about what was going on in the airport. Managers from head office just come in and walk around trying to look important. Only positive thing is that Union will be more present in the near future.
