long hours, flight delays, upset customers, pay for parking, poor management skills, favouritism

Pros

Good hourly rate. That's pretty much it. You won't get enough hours though. Managers won't train properly.

Cons

Managers are not very professional. High employee/manager turnover. They would hire you as full time with benefits but won't actually give enough hours and withhold benefits

Management was a mess! Were very unprofessional and rude (Before Union ofcourse)
