      Great first bartending gig

      Pros

      Great place for first-time bartenders/servers. The Shifts as a bartender are great. The people you work with are friendly and there are always new, different and interesting customers

      Cons

      Middle management changes often, each with wildly different styles and ideas. Then they get the budget and all that goes away. Some managers are not friendly, and some are even downright mean. They also tend to skimp on ordering to increase their bonuses. Despite all this the good news is the customers are the main focus so you actually don't deal with the managers much.

      Unorganized Mess with Heavy Emphasis on Favoritism

      -Free Food -Have some ability to create on your own

      Cons

      -Totally unorganized. No one knows what is going on ever. You ask from help from your Terminal Director, and it is never give to you. You are always blown off because "he is busy." -Favoritism galore with the upper management. The terminal director will only be nice if you are Indian. -Work hard, then ask to work harder, then get nothing in return. Constant broken promise. -Been here over a year without a yearly review, when asked for a merit raise, told they do not give them out. -If we don't make bonus, we are told we will be fired. -Money is not worth the stress or hours you will endure under terrible management.
