Pros

innovative company winning airport business and improving the culinary experience at airports throughout north america. Pay is exceptional in exchange for your soul

Cons

Culture is toxic. Incredibly aggressive culture where employees work against one another rather than together. All are afraid of the CEO and do just enough to cover their you know what. Turnover at corporate is astonishingly high. Stay away. Its worse than you can imagine.

Pros

I have been with OTG for 5 years and since my entry, this company has changed dramatically. With the recent hires of senior leaders in Operations, HR, and IT I believe that OTG will drive the future of the travel industry.

Cons

Keeping up with the pace can be challenging, but if you focus on the goal time usually flies by.
