Pros

Very good money. A lot of freedom due to lack of management presence

Cons

Very long working hours. Usually at least 12 hours. Morning shift 4am to 3-4 pm. 5-6 days a week. It is very hard to predict how busy the restaurant will be at any given time so this usually translates to not enough staff and can be extremely stressful. It is a very disorganized place to work

Tips and pleasent customers in the environment.

Cons

Management is racist, majority of the coworkers are fake and cowerds. They often gang-stalk and single out person(s) who are not afraid to stand up and defend themselves. Coworkers and management are VERY bias and do not hesitate to practice mental & emotional blackmail and warfare in the work place.
