Pros

Free food shopping and high turn over rate (resignations) means you have to be pretty awful to get fired.

Cons

where should i start? Management sucks and dont care unless Rick, the owner, is around. Staff doesnt care about food or customer unless its V.I.P.s coming around. No benefits no future no real management. They try to act like a serious company but everyone goofs n plays around like a summer intern job. I only stayed cause the job market was so bad at the time. THANK GOD IM OUT!!!!!!!!!
