Pros
-Free wifi. (Very slow) -Talk on your phone anytime you want. -Meet and talk to new people. - A place for the unprofessional worker.
Cons
-Horrible management rude & always missing when you need them. -HIGH turnover (ref to ^). -No appreciation for loyalty. -NO appreciation for hardwork and people who care to stay through all the b.s. -Forced to work long after your end time is over. -No structure, having management in your name is truly a fallacy. -Ipads are such a nuances to how a resturant should really operate. -Your not alowed to be sick. -Working in tight spaces around 12-14 people for 8-12 hours a day. -Food sucks because no training is given to cooks & no quality control what so ever. -Just dont work there because the orientation is a bunch of lies, working in the terminal which is very fast paced is very much like chaos. - Managers and supervisors dont care about anything but to make money. - Managers/hr don't have any single trainers on payroll, servers and utility are pushed right into a mess not having a clue of anything. -You are not given the tools to succeed at all. -Bartenders should stay as far away from otg as possible because most of the times your beverages will not be in stock. -Risk of injury is very high as broken glass is left everywhere in nobel & corso.
