So unorganized. No training. They let new employees train other new employees cause they dont want to pay anyone to be a trainer.The management is so shady. They steal bottles of liquor for their personal partys,an take home cases of water. Corporate knows nothing cause they announce when they are coming so managers have time to obtain hide an cover up,an they blame the employees for all the theft!

The other managers need more training, better attitudes, and smaller egos and need to stop belittling their employees. Also, the favoritism...It's ridiculous and very noticeable. The "Big-Wig" corporate guys think they know what they are doing. They tie your hands and are constantly doing things that make no sense. "Policies" are constantly changing and communication is horrible so your job could be in jeopardy with out even knowing it. They throw fits like a teenager, but they are on the cutting edge so they don't care, customer input and employee input is not wanted and the Ipads only work properly half 3/4 of the time. Benefits package sucks. Expensive for what is offered. There is also very little room for growth. Hours suck, you will never have a normal sleep schedule unless you happen to be one of the employees they put up on a pedestal.
