      Company Recruiters are Misleading at Best, Treacherous at Worst

      Pros

      -The non-management people you work with are awesome -Some managers recognize the weaknesses of the company and do their best to shield you from them -Decent opportunity for advancement if you 'play the game' well

      Cons

      -The pay for jobs relying on tips (like a satellite bartender) is horrendous in some locations. Some people go home without enough to pay for the Uber they took to get to work on time in the morning. -Some management-level recruiters flat out lied about opportunities, hours, and potential for pay available right off the bat. -Opportunity for advancement is tied to favoritism and being able to deal with less than ideal pay

      Honestly this is a temporary job, sort of a last resort job. You do everything but your job. This place is always short staffed, you deal with so much attitude, and don’t get paid enough for what you go though.

      Pros

      The best reason to work there are the other co workers you will be working with. Literally that is it! The money used to be so good. Now its barely worth coming to work.

      Cons

      Management is always changing constantly. If you get a raise you work for months without it being on your paycheck. You are constantly having to check your paystubs each week bc your hours are always being" adjusted ". Its definitely not what your used to working in regular restaurants.
