      Pros

      None: The absolute worst management and incompetent HR in the industry. The regional management teaches the intern managers how to break every ethic policy mandated by this company. Truly the worst place to work. They put incompetent people in management positions that have no leadership skills,and are just plain ignorant.

      Cons

      Same as above.they will verbally promise the world to you then totally reneg on the verbal agreements. There are more employees leaving this company then ever before.

      Pros

      Nice UTC benefits, great network which helps when sourcing products to sell.

      Cons

      Poor upper management. The numbers are the only important thing, not management skills. Had some managers that valued employees - union and non-union. When the numbers slipped a little, they got railroaded out. Upper management places too many non experienced supervisors and managers in positions just because they are friends or work for low pay. Too many mean spirited managers.
