      Pros

      Some wonderful people work there. Very easy to make friends. Compared to other places it is relatively stress free. The company is trying hard to change the company culture for the better.

      Cons

      Management, management, management. Depending on which team you're in you might have very interesting work or you might be hating your position. Regarding the latter part, you have everything from people not getting enough responsibility in their position to being stuck in undesirable positions that management is unwilling to help with. Also is there an HR department there?

      Pros

      Good company to work. good salary pay outs. Policies are good . Company will take care of employers safety very closely

      Cons

      Lot of politics. total commercial. No personal touch. HR is useless. Management people will ask for violating the processes but when you ask for approval they wont give and force to do the work what they decided.
