      1) Good People, Work life balance, On site managers are wonderful people 2) Very Ethical company, Excellent work process and culture

      Cons

      1) Higher Leadership, Lot of politics after moving to Hyderabad. 2) Less pay/hike to old employees, New joiner with less exp get much more.

      -Sr. Leadership is taking the long view on investments in technology and the service business, while pushing to become "disruptors" in the industry that Otis itself invented. -While part of a large multi-national corporation (a good thing most of the time), the company often feels small due to the strong and frequent communication across cities, states, and countries. -Opportunities to travel to landmark buildings & cities.

      The construction industry has historically moved slow and change is sometimes difficult.

      I worked for Otis, well a subsidory of the company for over 5 years and in the time i was promised progression, i was promised a pay rise... Didnt get either. Management just look at their potential bonus for completing a job on time, this isnt handed downnto minions who help them reach their targets! Im my time there i must have saved the company over 10k a year by finding cheaper suppliers for parts and labour, yet all i received was a £200 gift card! Yea that eas nice but my manager was getting £3k minimum bonus per job! Avoid Otis, ELA Group, PDERS or whatever name they use. Unless you have a degree they wont progress you as they are all snobs and dont value the average hard worker
