Pros
Otis is a good company. FSS is not Otis or UTC so dont think you will get a job at UTC with good pay. FSS has good people who are desperate to hang onto their poor paying jobs and monopolizes on employee fears.
Cons
Too much focus on select few employees, inappropriate comments or using position to manipulate others while ignoring the lazy ones that push work on others or sleep or stand around and talk anything but do their job. FSS needs to hire management that is good with people and not mostly data.
