Decent compensation (provided you work hard and earn commission), financial support for continuing education, flexibility in planning your day to day activities.
Cons
Culture that is largely devoid of excitement or drive, majority of employees (management and field especially) lack intrinsic motivation to make a real impact. Otis (and the industry overall) is a rather slow moving machine. Organization is very lean and quick to cut resources.
