      1. UTC Scholarship - excellent programme. George David's quote "I will not ensure long term employment but long term employ-ability" has great impact on me. 2. Otis offers excellent training ground and though it is all hard work, I appreciate the opportunity.

      Constant turmoil/changes at management level. Emphasize too much on financial figures and losing the intention of making business.

      Salary, Great benefit and pensions, great products and employer who cares about safety of their employees.

      Cons

      Union sucks lot of money of you, environment where everybody hates everybody, seniority, employer who always rushes you to achieve planed times, supervisors which are stupid to the bone. Every year new branch managers which thinks he ate all the wisdom of the world.
