      Pros

      •Very supportive colleagues and supervisors. From the department where I came from, we're like a family. The people there are the major reason why I stayed in the company for more than 6 years. •Fun and friendly atmosphere. •Overtimes are well compensated. •Very family oriented company.

      •Newly hired managers were not well selected. •There has been an obvious disorganization within the management. •Health benefits could use some improvement such as increasing the maximum amount that can be spent on doctors and medicines.

      Great EH&S program. Company is taking good care for it employees and their safety.

      Company is loosing direction. No clear strategy only goals. Need to find the right balance between product - services.

      Brand value in the Market.... You are recognised in the market for the brand, but not for customer service you provide...

      Cons

      1. Worst internal atmosphere. 2. Too much of politics involved 3. Higher management's deaf ear to the normal employees 4. I have my personal experiences of being a victim of fabricated claims. 5.Ideas of people In the lower level are not respected. If worked, credits given to the managers. 6. Sinking ship.
