Pros
Company is known world wide. Safety program is second to none. Otis has some great people that really care about the company. Great company to work for if you have no ambition or know the president or someone else in a position of power.
Cons
If you're a woman, good luck. The personal insults, bullying and harassment by managers that goes on in the branches is considered acceptable and swept under the rug. NO ONE should be frightened to go to work!!! HR will NOT support non-management staff. Management plays favorites- it's not about how hard you work, it's about how hard you work at kissing butt.
