      Pros

      Very strong top down approach to Ethics and Safety. The leadership sets the tone towards safety and ethics and there is zero tolerance to non compliance in these 2 areas.

      Succession planning is on paper, not in practise

      Pros

      Good Learning Experience. Very Good Exposure for your personal growth. Ethics and Safety is very strong. Very Strong Brand which earns respect in the market.

      Cons

      Very frequent higher management change in last 04 years. seen 04 MD's, 04 General Manager during my tenure due to which lack of vision in middle management. Very long decision making.

      Pros

      The focus on ethics, kind co-workers, and their aim ti invest in their current employees. They also had me involved in real projects that were integral in the companies success which made me feel I was adding value as an Intern.

      Cons

      They weren't completely ready for me upon my arrival, so it was hard finding tasks during my first weeks there, however that is what also challenged me to learn more about the company on my own and find areas in which they needed help on my own as well.
