      An okay job at best

      Pros

      Great place to gain hospital and even clinical skills or knowledge to get you where you would like to work in the future. Benefits are competitive or even better than other hospitals. I never have to work overtime or take work home. I love the people I work with

      Cons

      Bad management which causes high turn over and burn out. They don't really let you transition to other roles if interested. Pay is only good if you worked as a pharmacist for many years prior to applying to OU Health or if OU Health is willing to match a salary from a previous employer.

      None. Absolutely terrible all around.

      Cons

      Condescending. Work hours promised during interview were not the same as when I started position. Actual position I got hired for changed once I started working. Co-workers (minus a select few) were absolutely terrible. Awful experience all around.
