I have been with OU Medicine for over 10 years. I am extremely grateful to this organization and its leaders for providing me with so many professional growth opportunities. The work and my colleagues have kept me engaged, challenged, and growing both professionally and personally over the years. Our organization has seen unprecedented growth and change over the last few years which comes with it's challenges but I believe we have overcome each of those challenges and will continue to do so in order to achieve our mission of leading healthcare and improving the lives of all people in Oklahoma.
Cons
Growth and change can be hard and we have been doing a lot of both lately! We continue to invest in new technology and process improvement to meet the needs of our employees and patients. We have seen a lot of improvement over the last year but also know we still have some work to do. I can't wait to see where we are in 2, 5, 10, and 20 years from now!
