      The people are great, and are working towards a common goal of providing great healthcare to the community. With the growth of the organization there is an opportunity to utilize a wide variety of professional skills and see opportunities for growth. This is an exciting time to be part of an organization where you can feel like you are making a positive impact on the future.

      Due to the growth of the organization, there is also a lot of change in processes and ideas. This is not necessarily a negative, but is something to keep in mind for current and future employees to understand the environment and the opportunity down the road.

      Pros

      I love the people I work with. The feeling of working with great people towards the common goal bettering the lives of all people is an awesome feeling to have.

      Cons

      One of the main downsides is parking but in the grand scheme of things, it is not that bad.
