      Absolutely worst health care facility I have ever worked at. Management is horrible, HR and onboarding/orientation is an absolute joke, the EMR system is a dinosaur and the facility is so run down and dirty. They can’t keep experienced nurses because the place is so poorly managed. It’s staffed by garbage contract nurses that are over paid and couldnt keep a job as core nurses anywhere else, and baby nurses fresh out of nursing school that think they know it all. One of the paramedics thinks he runs the place and management allows it. It is really sad that this place is the state’s only level one trauma center. The ER side has a community triage and treatment area for lower acuity patients that violates all kinds of regulations. Just a horrible place to work.
