Pros

There are two companies here. (1) OCI, and (2) Advantage Consulting. OCI is full time, paid bench, average benefits. Advantage is more like the other contract firms. There are a lot of great companies on the preferred vendor list of both companies OCI employees can switch to the other company for a good contract (and stay OCI). On at least 4 occasions, I was placed at a customer site WITHOUT an interview. This is due to OCI's incredible reputation. Seriously OCI is cozy with a number of companies -- making it possible to go to a client without vetting. BTW, you can become a Partner and earn more. There are many who have done this.

Cons

Their benefits won't match up with large companies.

Pros

-- Casual and comfortable working environment where cohesive relationships are formed throughout all departments -- Very team oriented and employees are constantly recognized and appreciated for their contributions -- Upper management is very involved and takes the time to learn about their employee(s) career goals/future interests and helps facilitate in their professional development

Cons

-- Benefits are standard, could be more competitive (matching 401k, more vacation days) -- Allowing employees to work from home or remotely a few days a week or 100% -- Need to appear more modern with fun perks to attract younger talent
