9yThank you for providing your feedback. I agree that our team is full of extremely talented and dedicated people, including our CEO. I’m sorry you feel that favoritism plays a role in advancement. We work hard to ensure that employees succeed based solely on the merits of their work. We’ve clarified the language regarding the gourmet lunch program so that new hires are aware that it is an opt-in program requiring a bi-weekly contribution. Our employee benefits package includes fully funded health, dental, and vision insurance plan options, as well as commuter benefits, discretionary PTO, and flexible work schedules. We are continuously evaluating ways that we can improve both our company culture and employee benefits package. To that end, in 2017 we are implementing a system for eliciting vital, constructive feedback from our employees on a recurring basis.
