Collapsing quickly

Pros

It used to be a fun, dynamic start-up environment. Exciting product but a hard sell. But that's all in the past.

Cons

Things were already collapsing, then with the recent merger the talent and knowledge drain has been dramatic between layoffs and people moving out of the uncertainty. New management is not in touch with Oblong's product and culture. Downtown LA is expensive and difficult for commuting.

Pros

- Loved the people I worked with, enjoyed the team environment, start up culture was very educational and enjoyable, very unique product

Cons

- A tough project to get people into demo as the “price tag” is astronomical - LA traffic (obviously dependent to where you live haha)

A great organization to work with! Smart and fun people who seem to truly enjoy coming to work.

Cons

The pay may not be as high as some of the big hitters, but being able to feel like you are making a big impact is worth it.
