Terrible executives minus the CEO

Pros

Located in the arts district and people work hard

Cons

The CEO is great, but the rest of the executives are toxic to the company. They treat their people terribly and keep making bad hires. The company is doing worse, yet those who should be held accountable are not being evaluated. The poor performers get treated better than the good performers. The good performers get thrown under the bus even over the smallest mistakes, yet the poor performers who are constantly bad are okay coming into work late, leaving early, and barely having any responsibilities.

Pros

* Great culture full of people that are both friendly and talented * Amazing premium-less medical, dental. and vision coverage * A culture that fosters learning and self-improvement * Fun engineering challenges that allow you to really make a difference using your creativity.

Cons

* Located in a neighborhood currently in the throes of gentrification. Parking is a constantly worsening nightmare, and our reserved parking lot is multiple blocks away from the office. Constant road construction is making the commute even worse. * Office is getting a little overfilled after recent hirings. * No 401(k) match. This sucks.

A great organization to work with! Smart and fun people who seem to truly enjoy coming to work.

Cons

The pay may not be as high as some of the big hitters, but being able to feel like you are making a big impact is worth it.
