Pros

- Working level employees seem to embrace better ethics and culture than the management and leadership. - Free fruits, bread & beverages for the employees. Though good, this seems something that is done more as a media stunt.

Cons

1) The culture of ethics is way below par especially at the director and middle management levels. 2) Because of point 1) above, everyone seems to look out for themselves and anyone trying to integrate and bring harmony is not welcomed. 3) The HR and Finance departments seem to probably have the worst competency in the country. The errors made by them that effect employees cannot even be achieved by teenagers. 4) Interview process though sounds good on paper is daunting with no response to communications on feedback. If you still choose to join this organisation, please do not share you good ideas and resolutions to the case studies which you may need to present for your interview. They just take the ideas, implement them and well you are left scratching your head. Also you get a different job to what you have applied for, so be very cautious and don’t sign the contract unless its exactly same as what you have interviewed for. 5) Seems like the senior leadership are more concerned to portray its organisation as a good while ignoring recommendations and suggestions.

Pros

The delivery expectations for software developers are pretty much non existing, so if you are looking for something low stress - it's a great place to work. If you are outgoing and don't mind non stop meetings - it's quite easy to get promoted (although compensation will still be pretty mediocre).

Cons

Even though the answer from the company may say that they are making sure the salaries are competitive - what it really means is that they are mediocre. So If you are looking for high expectations / high reward job - it's not it. The promotion process selection for the leadership positions is based around how well liked you are and not on competency. Which produces tons of nice (or pretending to be nice) but incompetent leaders.
