- instability - bad leadership - from top to bottom - value and contribution doesn't matter when there's a layoff (quite often around '23)

Often described as having a start up culture, as someone that has worked at startups that is not a good thing for a FTSE business. This can generally shows as disorganised and chaotic as proper processes and procedures are not in place. Long Hours - often caused by avoidable reasons such as system integration, team experience levels, communication Systems Benefits - slightly below market including pay and pension Payroll is regularly wrong which is an annoying inconvenience Often workload is pushed to the people to cover for other team member leading to overload rather than addressing the real issue and investing time and training in and less experienced or struggling team members Communication between departments is often very poor for the size of business HR - No exit interview had benefits removed immediately after resigning
