Get to see a lot of beautiful homes some customers may give you tips when you finish all your drops you can leave home early sense of freedom without boss breathing down your neck sometimes when the workload is to much they send people out to help

Cons

physically demanding job (especially when the order is large and they live a flat) work load has increased time slots times can be hard to acheive.

Thank you for your review. You are right, our CSTM’s do get to see some beautiful homes! It is a hard, physical job and we do try to reward our employees, especially our CSTM’s as much as possible. We understand that it is you guys that are the face of Ocado and the only members of our team at Ocado that get to meet our customers. Regarding your advice to management, I would recommend speaking to whoever you know in a senior position to see how they can help you.

- Talented people, new and latest tech, amazing learning opportunities - Relaxed environment, not much pressure - Offers good training and gives access to great learning material (eg full subscription to Safari Books Online)

Cons

- Location (Hatfield) - I work on a rotating shift schedule - Salaries are on the lowish side - Sometimes beaurocracy can be a little frustrating
