      - get to work on exciting projects - rarely bored/always busy - fast growing company - lots of responsibility

      - poor work-life balance - almost everyone at the company is overworked and underpaid - progression opportunities but not the pay rise to match

      Pros

      Great culture, with a real desire to grow. Management are generally as supportive as they can be in offering developers the freedom to explore, experiment and fail.

      Cons

      Struggling to recruit and so for a perfectionist the code base can be overwhelming in terms of the volume of technical debt in places. Although I've definitely seen much worse.
