There is somewhat lack of focus on product (its philosophy, goals, values, qualities).

Pros

Lots of freedom/autonomy to make technical decisions and try new things out. Not afraid of experimenting and using cutting edge technology. Able to move teams with options from PLC programming to control system software and monitoring to frontend web development and devops/cloud, there's something there for everyone.

Cons

Mildly chaotic environment as it is expanding so fast, and the location of the offices is not great. Hatfield is not an exciting place to be.

Training was good they teach you everything that you need to know about the job good management they are always there for you

Cons

Didn't expect the heavy loads you have to carry and how many drops also the night working is a nightmare and some of the roads you have to travel.
